Into a warm whiskey glass pour one jigger of Irish whiskey. Add some strong black coffee, 1 to 2 tsps of sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Top up by adding pure or whipped cream, pour gently over a teaspoon. Do not stir. The result is delicious.
